MEET THE FOUNDER & CEO

Julienne Joseph

Julienne Joseph, affectionately known as Jules, is the founder and CEO of Heart2Heart Homes. After graduating from Florida Atlantic Universiyt with a Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Management and Business Administration, she pursued in real estate becoming a licensed real estate broker in South Florida.

OUR MISSION

Our mission is to provide safe, structured, and supportive housing while connecting individuals to the resources, education, referrals, and community partnerships they need to achieve housing stability and long-term independence.

We serve individuals experiencing housing instability, veterans, individuals transitioning from treatment or recovery, and others in need of a supportive living environment. Through compassion, accountability, and collaboration, we empower each person to rebuild their life and move forward with dignity and purpose.

Our vision is to create a community where every individual has access to safe, stable, and supportive housing and the opportunity to rebuild their life with dignity, purpose, and independence.

We envision communities where housing instability does not define a person’s future, but becomes the beginning of a pathway toward stability, self-sufficiency, and hope.

What Makes Us Different From Other Non-Profits?

Our support runs daily, not occasionally. Each plan stays individual, built around one resident's goals. We focus on conflict resolution, community engagement, and skill building.

We run workshops that help residents name their own problems. Residents build their own solutions in these workshops. Our team guides this process, step by step.

Residents grow more engaged in their own recovery over time. Many residents go on to mentor and support others in the program. This creates a cycle of stability across our Broward County community.
